The inaugural 2026 ACED Turkish Junior Open provided a thrilling finish as Miller Harrison claimed the handicap title with victory in a sudden death play-off against Alex Goodsell at Cornelia Golf Resort in Belek.
Ramside Hall’s Harrison clinched the first prize on the third extra hole on the Prince Course after finishing level with long-time leader Goodsell (Cleveland) on 114 points over three rounds.
In the Non-handicap Division, Zach Smith took the honours by eight strokes from Blackwell Grange club-mate Freddy Hammond after shooting the lowest nine-hole gross score on all three days.
With boys and girls of all ages and abilities taking part, every golfer who took part received a welcome pack before the tournament, and then a medal on completing the event.
